Want to learn more about offshore wind energy while furthering the educational value of OffshoreWind.net?
We are looking for a few energetic volunteers to spend about 1 hour total over the course of each month to help us keep OffshoreWind.net up-to-date. You don't have to be an industry professional-the only requirement is that you have an active interest in learning more about this industry.
As a volunteer, you will adopt an offshore wind project of your choosing and identify news and updates which you think are important to keeping visitors informed. The industry is moving so quickly that developing a project-specific expertise is vital for us to continue as a useful resource.
While sifting through this information you will likely become a sort of expert on your project.
In addition to becoming an expert, our aim is to have occasional online discussions where each volunteer can ask and answer questions about his or her offshore wind project. This is a great networking opportunity as well!
