November 12 2008- Project Update

Status: Avian and aquatic studies are underway. 36 years of wind data is being updated
with LiDAR and MetMast. 3rd detailed wind analysis completed and draft turbine layout
optimization completed. Detailed bathymetry and barge design [level 2] underway.
