New Jersey Offshore Wind Bill Passes Both Houses

The bill, which has yet to be signed into law by the governor, would force the Board of Public Utilities to reopen the applications process and approve Fishermen’s Energy’s 25MW Atlantic City offshore project and exempt it from a cost benefit analysis.  The project has already been rejected twice before.
